Event Requirements

• The event will be held on the most practical weekend closed to Canadian Victoria Day weekend (the first Monday before May 25th).
• Event must be a minimum of two full days in duration.
• Any Society branch within An Tir may bid on any An Tir Crown or Kingdom event. Please note: Seasonal changes in weather and travel conditions shall be valid considerations in reviewing all bids.

• Meetings of the Greater officers of An Tir – these meetings are only held at the request of the kingdom officer
