July Coronation 2009 will feature an large rectangular eric area roughly 280' x 85'.  This will allow us enough space to have the Royal Pavilion, key officer pavilions, as well as the sponsoring branch pavilion in a row on one side of the area and several large erics with enough room for traffic paths.  Anyone needing to reserve eric space should contact me at:

Eric space reservations will close on July 8th and we'll post a layout on July 12.

Eric space is limited, so highest priority wase given to pavilions performing official functions at the event (officer pavilions, sponsoring branch). Any remaining space will be first allocated to branch pavilions before opening up the remaining space to individuals.
